Lincoln, Nebraska and the surrounding areas are home to a wide range of Twelve Step fellowships and other recovery programs. Lincoln Central Service Office, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and a separate service enterprise that exists to support members and meetings of these fellowships and programs. It operates as a business providing recovery literature and administrative support, and serves as a primary contact point for individuals seeking information or help. Its operations are funded through literature sales and voluntary contributions from recovery program members and groups.

While the Lincoln Central Service Office is not affiliated with any one fellowship, it cooperates with many in a spirit of unity and service by providing information, coordination, and access to resources. We strive to assist individuals seeking sobriety, healing, and healthier relationships, while respecting the autonomy and guiding principles of each fellowship we serve.

The Lincoln Central Service Office is grounded in the principles of Alcoholics Anonymous and affirms its Three Legacies of Recovery, Unity, and Service. These principles inform our approach to service work while honoring the independence, traditions, and self-governance of all fellowships and recovery programs we support.
